“Reed did an outstanding job handling tricky negotiations with an inexperienced buyer on a deal which had previously fallen through. Not many brokers could have held it together (and I’ve worked with dozens of brokers over the years). Since I’m out of state he also found vendors to handle the fairly substantial repairs. And, he told me about a way to get back from my insurance company most of the expense of replacing the roof. His handling of the repair contingencies worked out well too. Reed’s know how and judgment in this area is exceptional. Reaching Reed for specific answers was not always easy but his unique ability to perform when it counts far outweighed this minor issue. The final result was excellent.”
